 Having spent 27 years in an administrative position in the Savings & Loan Industry and 12 years owning and operating two Real Estate and Mortgage companies, Andre has a great understanding of the needs of small businesses.

 Since 1995, Andre has been involved in the business of Long Distance communication, Internet and website design and development. Through the deregulation of the Utility Industry Andre has acquired knowledge in analyzing and simplifying the cost of developing and maintaining good communication services vital to the successful operation and marketing of E-commerce.Backed by a small group of experts in the field of new technologies and direct sales Our customer service and professional manner are unmatched in the industry. In addition to managing his own business, Andre is also an active member of the LAX/Marina Del Rey Chamber of Commerce. Realizing the importance of community involvement and collaboration, Andre devotes much of his time supporting and promoting small businesses and entrepreneurs in his home community of Westchester, California. In 2003, he received the Volunteer of the Year award from the Chamber. Some of the past involvement include nomination to the Who's Who's of America, Boy Scout of America ( Frontier District), Optimist International ,Rotary Club International.
